PAYMENT METHODS
Online Shopping Cart: All online orders are processed through encrypted checkout via Paypal. We accept: Visa, Mastercard & American Express credit & debit cards. Charges will appear clearly on your statement as Paypal BanginBeats Com. If you don't have a Paypal account, just select "Pay as guest" at checkout time.

Mail Order: Send Money Order (US Postal Money Orders Only), Cashiers Check, Personal or Business Check (requires 10 day fund verification period) to the address on our contact page. Be sure to include your full order information. We recommend using our online shopping cart, and printing the page to include with your mail in order.

Orders By Phone: You can call in orders Mon.-Sat. 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. (When we're not in studio sessions).
If we're not available, leave a message & we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
TURNAROUND / DELIVERY TIME
Orders for Digital Delivery for individual packs/kits receive download links via email immediately after purchase. Orders for bundled packages and large libraries consisting of many kits, sometimes require a nominal digital delivery period of generally less than 24 hours. Some email systems may mistakenly recognize your digital delivery order as spam and either block it, or filter it into a bulk mail or 'spam' folder. If your order appears to be running late, please check any bulk/spam mail folder you might have. This is often the reason. It's also a good idea to add @BanginBeats.com to your address book. This will ensure that your email system recognizes Bangin-Beats order emails as wanted messages

Orders with Priority US shipping average delivery within 3-5 business days of payment.
Credit Card and Money Order purchases are usually fastest. Check payments are subject to a 10 day fund verification period before processing. International delivery times vary vastly depending on location. The average turnaround is 7-10 business days for most international locations, but can be as much as 2-3 weeks. If you're in Timbuktu, we recommend Digital Delivery!

Express orders are processed and ship the next business day after payment clears. This delivery option is only available within the United States and does not guarantee next day delivery. We drop everything and process these orders right away, but we cannot be held responsible or refund shipping charges due to shipping carrier delays or technical issues beyond our control.
If a product is unavailable for shipment due to a stock shortage or technical issue, email notification will be sent.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
To receive your sounds via Digital Delivery, Just Choose "Digital Delivery" in the shipping options at checkout, and you'll receive download links via email immediately after your purchase. If your order is for one of our larger package deals consisting of many kits, please allow a nominal digital delivery period of 24 hours. As of 1/2015 sound orders for Digital Delivery default to .wav format and are zipped for easy transfer. If you prefer a different format (AIF for instance), just let us know, and we'd be glad to send a duplicate order in another format. FILE FORMATS AND COMPATIBILITY
Our default file format is .wav, and our default delivery method is Digital Delivery.
Until 11/20, we've discontinued offering floppy disks for Akai, Emu and Ensoniq Instruments. In the coming months, we'll be reintroducing some specific sound libraries on floppy, for these formats. If you prefer a different format (AIF for instance), just let us know, and we'd be glad to send a duplicate order in another format for download.
If you'd prefer to receive your order on a Bangin-Beats CD Rom, just select a physical shipping option with added Shipping & Handling and we'll send your order on CD Rom via your selected shipping option.

RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Soundware, Vinyl, CDs & DVD's are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than shipping damages or defective product, (ie. corrupt disks). We offer a warranty for these issues. Shipping & handling fees are not refundable. In the rare event of a technical problem, Bangin-Beats reserves the right to offer substitute sound sets.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us. We're always interested in working with a customer to resolve any issues to ensure you're satisfied.

LIMITED WARRANTY
All soundware products are warranteed for one year from the date of purchase. If for any reason you have a problem reading a disk, just send it back & we'll gladly replace it, no questions asked (Customer pays Shipping & Handling costs). If you had a hard-drive failure, or simply lost your sounds, as long as we can access a record of our order and the sounds are still active in our library, we'll gladly send a new order download.

Agreement to Bangin-Beats' Terms of use and Privacy Policy is REQUIRED for purchase before checkout.
All users certify that by downloading or ordering Bangin-Beats sounds/software, that you have read both, and that you are bound in agreement to both documents.
